1950s Hattie Carnegie bow detail & floral print silk dress

This Hattie is a beauty! The orange floral painterly like print on a robins egg blue background is magical. The front of the dress features an inverted pleat at the bust an the skirt potion. two beautiful bow details ; one at the back of the neckline, and another on the side which also function as openings and fastenings.

You can see in the photos how the dress opens from the back, the last couple of images show the lining portion with some mild discoloration. This is not noticeable in any way when wearing the dress. A real gem of a dress that is over fifty years old.
