This is an incredible sculptural piece by Issey Miyake Pleats Please. Wear it as a cape or dress! Made of Issey Miyake's signature pleated polyester fabric in royal blue with a rainbow set of ribbon applique. This drapes beautifully on the body, and feels light as a feather on.
