Stunning Saint Laurent 1978 Sheer Silk with Metallic Dot Ensemble Documented

I am thrilled to be listing this rare Saint Laurent ensemble from the 1970s. Made of sheer silk with metallic dots in gold red purple and two shades of blue. The jacket top has a loose fit featuring an open front that closes at the neckline with silk satin ribbons. The skirt is open with a wrap style and has a hook closure at the top and a silk satin ribbons to tie. Both the top and skirt are finished all along the edges in satin.

Bust: up to 42 inches

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 16 inches

Sleeve length: 24 inches, sleeve width: about 20 inches

Jacket length: 35 inches

Ribbon: 55 inches long untied

Skirt:

Waist: 26 inches

Length: 41 inches

In really beautiful condition. The only flaw to be noted is some slight fading to the black ribbon. otherwise in excellent condition. Please see the images for this ensemble in a different color way featured in the 1978 runway show.
