1980s Claire Dévé Gold Green Crystal Shoulder Duster Earrings

During the 1980s, Claire Dévé launched a jewelry line that referenced the type of jewelry that dripped off glamorous actresses of the 1930s, like Joan Crawford and Myrna Loy. These late 1980s shoulder duster earrings not only reference Hollywood, but the scale and beauty of byzantine jewelry.

Three gold toned metal rings hang in a decreasing succession of size, looped together with braided chains. Each of the rings contains a row of faceted green crystal stones that sit along the center of a thick band.
