Michel McNabb for Basha Gold Large Blue Enamel Triangle Earrings

Michel McNabb is an artisan jewelry designer based in West Palm Beach, practicing masterful techniques and intricate, centuries old metallurgy processes. Inspired by nature, architecture, and the beauty of the world around her, this collection by Michel features the process of vitreous enameling and has been designed exclusively for Basha Gold.

Simple and clean, for these triangular earrings Michel uses a hydraulic press to form the shape from copper. A striking cobalt blue enamel has been applied spanning across the large plane of these earrings and fired up to fifteen times to achieve the blue, glass sheen on the metal. The size and purity of the color give a regal look to this minimalist design as they elegantly frame the face when worn. As a unique hidden feature, the back of one earring is signed by Michel herself alongside a graphite, hand-drawn design.
