This is quite the party dress! Fashioned in a gorgeous royal blue silk satin. Featuring a heart shape neck line. This will show off that super tiny waistline. The skirt portion is full and pleated at the hips. Hidden metal zipper in the back.
This incredible dress is lined in silk with the skirt portion lined in silk, then layered in tulle, and lined again in a black silk fabric. This dress is labeled Bonwit Teller along with the label "Whitney".
