1960s Pierre Cardin Ivory and Green Silk Print Ostritch Feather Trim Dress

A magnificent 1960s Pierre Cardin cocktail party and evening dress. Fashioned from sheer silk chiffon in ivory with a light green abstract floral print and trimmed at the hem with ivory ostrich feathers. I love the long show stopping feather trimmed sash that is sewn and gathered at the top of the right shoulder. The body of the dress is lined in a silk that is backed with ivory silk chiffon. The portion from the the shoulders to just above the bust and the sleeves are transparent. In good condition, light wear and some yellowing to the label.
