Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully. If you are using this website, you agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

LAYAWAY

Setting up a layaway is a breeze! Just email bashagold@gmail.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to lay away. We will email you an invoice with a link to complete your payment using PayPal. Our requirement for layaway is a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) down with thirty (30) days to finalize. If you have not paid in full after 30 days, we will return your item to stock, and any payments you have made will be non-refundable. All sales are final.

WE BUY VINTAGE & COUTURE

The next time you are cleaning out your closet, closing an estate, or wanting to make room for new favorites, sell your marvelous vintage pieces to us. There’s a new girl ready to show off your treasures!

Email us at bashagold@gmail.com with a list of your eye-catching worthy items, including snapshots. If you have a large collection to review, and you are within reasonable distance to Boca Raton, Florida, we can arrange to meet you in person.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Basha Gold shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Basha Gold has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PRICING ERRORS

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Basha Gold reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. This policy applies even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is not fulfilled because of a pricing error, Basha Gold shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount you paid.

NOTICE

Basha Gold may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to us.

TERMS & TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Basha Gold without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

The entire content included in this site and our 1stdibs page, including but not limited to text, graphics or code, is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Basha Gold. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with or purchasing us. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the sites solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Basha Gold.
